Dosage Instructions

Directions: Apply once or twice daily. Massage into inner arms, thighs, chest, or apply to inner forearm and rub arms together, or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each pump delivers approximately 25mg bio-identical progesterone USP (5%). This product is intended for external cosmetic use only. Pre-menopausal/peri-menopausal women: Do not use 2 days prior to the expected period through 5 days after completion of the period. Consult your physician for more information.
