    Dosage Instructions

    For maintenance: Take 1 teaspoon AM and PM daily, 30 minutes away from meals. Dissolve in 8 oz of water or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

    For more aggressive use: Take 1 teaspoon every 2 hours. Note that too much mannose may cause gas, bloating, or diarrhea.
